With a fire pit burner kit, building a fire pit has never been so simple. This Burning Spur is constructed of 304 stainless steel to withstand the outdoor elements and boasts 65,000 BTUs. An internal dam built inside the center of the Burning Spur hub helps prohibit water from flowing back into the gas line. The legs of the burner are also pitched to allow water to run off easily. Cooling points between the legs of the burner help prevent heat transfer to the outer edge which can cause cracking of the fire pit finished top. The bottom features weep holes for water release so there is no freeze-and-thaw damage. Thermocouple manual safety features include a match light ignition system with a safety valve that turns off when the flame goes out, making this unit ANSI-certified and UL-rated.
