MEC DOMESTIC COMPACT SECOND-STAGE REGULATOR
These compact second stage regulators are used to reduce outlet pressures from first stage regulators (normally 10 PSI) to 11” WC in domestic installations. All MEC second stage regulators are green indicating low outlet pressure. Compact second stage regulator vents have 3/8” FNPT tapped ports and our exclusive E-Z grip screens located over the inlet. All MEC second stage domestic regulators feature a stainless steel inlet filter screen to reduce debris from passing through the regulator. All MEC Excela-Flo™ domestic regulators feature a 25 year recommended replacement life and our exclusive 3-part tear away leak check adhesive sticker.
MEGR-1252 Series offers a compact second stage regulator design perfect for lower to intermediate BTU applications. They feature an adjustable range from 9.5-13” WC (factory set @ 11” WC), stainless steel internal components, fluorocarbon (FKM) seat discs, molded lip fabric reinforced diaphragms and large aluminum precision machined orifices providing superior downstream regulation and maximum corrosion resistance against weather or contaminated gas. The MEGR-1222 Series have both the inlet and outlet in line where the MEGR-1252 series have a rear discharge back mount outlet for convenient wall mount applications. New patent pending anti-freeze heat transfer fins.
